iOS Access Local Data Storage

Is there a way to create an app which generates data and then access that data on a computer from the iOS device?

I'm developing an iOS app which collects data from external devices and I need to be able to access that data through my computer. What I'm looking to do is run the iPad app and collect data. Then offload the data onto my computer to analyze through excel.
